RE solo tracks though; didn't he write 'Lovetoy', and remix 'Groove Control' (Midas), 'Wings of Love' (Ell & Dream), 'Sky High' (Psy-Quest), and 'Wonderland' (Force & Styles) all by himself?

Dougal isnt innovate.. innovate is dougal, jenna and someone else (probably mickey skeedale)...

Nah, that's Dougal & DNA :>
Lovetoy was also Dougal & DNA.

Alright, I found 2 releases by Dougal only. These are the only two I could find:
Dougal - The Melodie E.P. (on Die Hard Recordings, a very small label probably owned by him)

and...

Dougal - Dougal Presents Infinity (on Infinity, which was a popular Happy Hardcore label)

That's it. I haven't been able to find any other releases completely by him.

EDIT: Never mind about the first one. It was written by him and Skeedale. I guess that just leaves the first release on Infinity Recordings.

Just because it has his name on it doesnt mean he engineered it ;)

Yeah, chances are that the reason he doesn't do anything solo is that he doesn't engineer.

Well, then what does he do?

"Yeah, that sounds good, Gammer. Good. No, don't like that.... That's better. Great, wicked!"

Anyway, it only proves my point further more if he doesn't engineer. :P

Well, he does the same as brisk and anybody else that uses engineers

Writing music is about more than the technical aspect. He could be writing melodies, lyrics and just about everything other than the actual technical stuff. People like brisk and dougal definitely do some technical stuff too.

I'm not a fan of dougal at all but if you're slating him for this you have to slate 50%+ of the top tier.

But the difference with Brisk and Dougal is that Gammer's solo AND collaboration tunes sound as if they were Dougal & Gammer, so that begs the question - what does Dougal really do? The other tracks with Dougal & <random producer> don't carry that energy and the Gammer-esque sound.

LOL, iTunes is the last place i'd go for a reliable tune ID.

Driving Me Crazy on Infinity, again, was engineered by DNA.

I've heard roumors that he can't produce. That his sidekicks just do all the works...
Don't know if it's true or not but as long as he's not on any realese by himself or someone can prove me wrong I think it's true...
