that wouldn't really work.. i'd prefer one whole sharkey cd, as always.

I think The Beatles and Shitmat should do a CD, thus leaving the other CDs free for something that makes some semblance of stylistic sense.

Yes, this is how Bonkers CDs work. Thank you for posting this, since people haven't been getting it. You can't just throw random peeps on it, this is Bonkers (aka the BIGGEST HARDCORE ALBUM EVER AND FOREVER)... So it's gotta be those three, or maybe a CD4 with Dougal & Gammer & Someone else... or Brisk & Ham.
So rather than arguing about who should DO the discs, how about arguing about who should WORK WITH those three on the discs?

We should all get back React/Resist as they new exactly what the Bonkers compilation needed everytime to appeal to us (the listeners). To be honest after seeing this new release I just want to go and blow up the AATW headquarters and kill all of them. Because they are killing the music!!!
As for discs:
CD1: Hixxy (just an old skool mix, but with some rare tracks)
CD2: Kevin Energy & Sharkey (freeform masters)
CD3: Dougal & Gammer (Essential Platinum Mix/Upfront Hardcore)
CD4: Brisk & Ham (for the harder stuff)

Your probably wondering why there is no Scott Brown, well I'm sorry guys but if you want gabber. Go buy one of the Dutch Gabber CDs and enjoy. Apart from that Scott Brown just makes tracks that sound the same IMO, same bassline, same percs, same sounding melodies.
Some of my favourite Bonkers are 6 (Sy's Mix), 7 (Dougals Mix is awesome), 9 and the rest lol.
I love all of them but there will always be the tunes that standout from the others.

Well I could just say to you that if you want the 'same sounding melodies' of B6+7 then go and buy Happy2bhardcore or something along those lines...
Imo Bonkers 6 + 7 worst period of it's history thus far!

Lol, I had some Happy 2B Hardcore CDs too. I thought they were cool.
To be honest the sound was always going to change, new samples/new plug ins. So I think Vol. 4 - 9 is where you can hear the change happening.
Also I think people should stop saying that the best Bonkers was 1-3, the sound of hardcore started evolving after that and you cant help that. So if you dont like it, keep it to yourselfs!
I like ALL of the B series, absolutely awesome!!! Listening to Vol. 3 (Hixxy's Mix) right now, Visa - Fly Away is a CHOOOOOOOON!!!
