I like to make my own. Basically i just buy Plain Muesli & mix in various seeds & dried fruits. The other one i make is Plain Porridge Oats & mix in fresh fruits. Banana & Apple is the best but have done loads of other different ones.

when i was a kid my favorite were raisin bran, and i think that has partly to due with the california raisins! :)

but now it's frosted flakes, but rice krispy treats is definitely getting more of my attention

a shame that the Oreo cereals weren't on the market that long. i never got a chance to try them but i heard they were pretty unhealthy

do they still put toys in? that was the only reason i ever used to get my mum to buy cereals..like i said earlyer though, other than country crisp i really cant stand them.

in the mornings i'll have a poached egg on toast, or toast with butter, cucumber and some avacado sprinkled with a bit of salt...going to shake it up a bit this week and start having grilled tomato's on toast :)

some do come with toys, but very few these days.

they're mostly just get 10 proof of purchase and pay $10 in shipping and you get a toy

or also the cookie crisp cereal you cut the lines on the box and you make a stupid paper rocket

Frosted Flakes, all the way.

Then again, I don't eat cereal with milk...

So they're good to eat without milk.
