Ok lets cut it sohort, my girlfriend lives out of town, I need to learn to drive, havn't done for two years & need to get back into it! Im getting a few normal lessosns soon & once I build my confidence up should I take on an intensive crash course? I have no theory either...

I took a week course about 15years ago it cost £330 if my memory is correct
and at the end of the week i had my licence...so it was worth it for me
i even hit the kerb (slightly) turning a corner during my test
and then the examiner told me to pull in and do a 3point turn.....and he said
"try not to hit the kerb this time"
so i knew then that he let that go but wouldnt if i done it again...i didnt and passed
when i told my driving instructor what happened he said they are sometimes
more lenient with people who took the weeks course..not always though
anyway enuff babling lol...i would def recommend the course

depends what they teach. if its defensive advanced driving, 100% recommended. Iv done two day courses. improves your driving style and observation out of sight.
