For every video on youtube, this is what you will see in the address bar:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5QmEXjrc5P0 (Or something similiar, but you will always see the =...............)

You put that number in like this:

[ youtube ] 5QmEXjrc5P0 [ /youtube ]

Just close the bracklets and leave no spaces!
