Can't predict that precisely, but I'd say this week is still fairly safe for submissions.
Beyond that there's a risk it will get lost in the last minute rush to hit internal deadlines.

Hm, I checked my Outbox on GMX again.
I sent you a mail 1 month ago, maybe there where some problems with GMX but yeah...

Nope, it's all I can do to download, sort, filter, redistrubute submissions whilst attempting to do the five billion things required to keep an album on track whilst worrying about tour dates, related dj bookings, vinyl releases, artists to chase, djs to harass etc etc
I will say that whoever sent rocketship.mp3 is naughty for not following submission guidelines in any way LoL
