i am so mad i had this studpid problem with my flash drive today and it deleted all the tunes i made =( so any ideas that would help me out with this problem like a nice melody midi format or somthin cuz i completely lost everything

i feel ur pain.
start a fresh. create newer better and bigger tunes. in all honesty, your older tunes were pretty rubbish..

google testdisk, its a free program, recovers deleted files - BAM! :)

I know files usually leave ghost files of themselves.
It's hard to completely delete things, takes a lot of time to try and go delete every little piece of data they can leave behind, and delete all the slack space.

just write 0's to your harddrive using partition magic/fdisk or a live cd...
then drill a few holes straight through the hard drive...
nobody be getting hold of your mhz thenz! w00t
