The guitar in The Awakening does it for me.
The organ in the background in Music Maker does it for me to, not to mention the melody as well.
Multiple elements in Leon AZ1465 kind of get me down. (although the monty python thing at the end nullifies it  )
The melody in Acid Dreams is sad when you think about it.
Not sure why but Seven Deadly Strings has always been kind of depressing to me.

I can think of a lot of sad tracks (but not for the reason you require) and the term "happyhardcore" is there for a reason!
