Actually you couldn't, twitter has a strong policy against imposters. Thats why there implementing the verified account feature for famous artists. It will be open to the public soon. Open one as MJ and you're likely to be banned.
U search styles see how many u find
It's not everyone elses fault he named himself something so generic. Hardcore producers are hardly well known people at all, and if people are impersonating them which I'm sure people are doing, feel free to report them if you care so much. Everyone on that list look to be the real deal.
