Hey guys, I just want to know you're favorite happy-hardcore producers/djs because my knowledge of HHC DJs is pretty limited. Thanks.
(The DJs I'm aware of at the moment)
Dougal, Gammer, Scott Brown, Lumin8, Hixxy, Styles, Breeze, MC Storm, Sy, Insight.

i rather enjoy arkitech, darwin, kevin energy, cube:hard
its worth flicking through the old Bonkers albums (any of them from 1 - 17)
bonkers 15 is very popular with people just getting started, its got lots of variety when it comes to hardcore

Brisk & Ham, Fracus, Sharkey, Chwhynny, Joey Riot, and Kurt are worth checking out. Darwin for sure, I'm loving most of his material at the moment. Check out the Hardcore Underground 3 album too.

I'd like to add Al Storm, S3RL, Weaver and Squad-E to the list of producers
Al Storm, S3RL and Weaver all have free promo mixes, so if you don't feel like buying a compilation you might not like, then these three guys would be a bad start. Al Storm's promo mixes can be found on his facebook (I'm sure if you ask nicely he'd be more than willing to direct you to the right place).
