It means hardcore and softcore porn ("PG-13") (though it has loosed since, and silver said that with a fair NSFW label and with no embedding, you can post a bit raunchier images, then usually would be allowed). Ive been enforcing the rules for 5 years now, so i'm pretty sure on that one.

@ Kathryn : I don't think this is offensive, or anything of that kind. First of all, we don't even know if those girls are underaged, and secondly, this is really nothing special, I mean.. you see this everywhere nowadays, on TV, in ads for shower gel, in the newspaper, like.. everywhere, you know.
