Is it worth it? I don't want to spend the money if it's something I'm not going to really like.
I've been listening to Happy 2b Hardcore a lot and I've been diggin' those mixes.

I take it your talking about the latest Bonkers album? It's not great but I suppose it's worth buying. If your liking the Happy 2B Hardcore mixes then I would avoid the Bonkers album & find something with Happy Hardcore rather than UK Hardcore.
Something like Helter Skelter Hardcore Classics or Hardcore The Classics 94-99. Similar sort of choonage.
Of course you could always by earlier albums from 94-99.

It depends if you mean the new one from ATTW or the older ones from React/Resist. The older ones are worth it but the new one is a pile of turd.

If you exclude who actually mixes H2bH, I find them more enjoyable than Bonkers. Ofcourse bonkers has a bigger selection, but not everyone can possible like them all...?

Yes, if you like the Happy2bHardcore cds, then you will love the Bonkers albums. Happy Hardcore is the main style on the Bonkers albums, but you also get Freeform & Gabba as well. Happy2bHardcore Ch. 7 came out AFTER the mellinium, so ya, it's still titled 'Happy Hardcore' even though the tracks are from 2002/03. Sadly, it's becoming hard to grab new copies of the Bonkers albums, except the newest one. I've noticed less and less volumes being in stock on HMV.

Does anyone elses Bonkers Vol.4 copy have poor sound quality on it? Both of my copies have horrible sound, I can turn the volume all the way on my stereo and it still sounds dudded.

ok, if your going to buy bonkers, buy the best of. (i think its twelve.... not sure) and listen to that. that is mz favorite of them all and it has tracks from them all. i think it would be worth money more than bonkers 1 thru 9

Pretty simple solution. Listen to clips of each tune at somewhere like Juno then if you like what you hear, buy it.

No amount of asking people will get you the answer because we all have different tastes.
If you like hardcore in general, buy it. If you only like a particular style, check it out first. If you're familiar with each DJ's style then you should know what to expect.
