Depends what is meant by 'forms' but these things did not come out of the blue with no influence whatsoever. That's a radical view. They evolved and were influenced by techno and house music. It came from the States and then to Europe and beyond.
Breakbeat was techno and house parts with breakbeat. It's in B&W from the artists. Happy hardcore came from this and whatever influence they took from Scott Brown. And jungle, a type of breakbeat, was and still is known by some as the first term, jungle techno. All here...

Chapter 8 was handed out, so i could only get that one by *******...
I got all the rest right beside me :) i decided i would get them all, keep em, sell the collection later on like someone suggested...
I, Starting on Chapter 4, and so far, not bad
