what is squad-e thinking now days

Tbh he'll loose the few fans that he has that are actual real ravers. Id say 1/10 people that go to raves are real ravers. Personally anyone who does like the shitty pop songs remixed to hardcore are just following hardcore while its a fad. As soon as its not cool anymore theyll disapear and itll just be us REAL ravers left supporting the scene. Some of these producers need to realise that were here for the long run and we dont like that kind of shite. When the craze is over they'll be left with us standin in a rave with our arms folded waiting for the next dj to come on!

Im not bashing squad-e here i loved most of his earlier work but this kind of shit pisses me off. Dont remix pop tunes that you know people like, be original and get fans that way instead of ripping off tracks that are completly against what hardcore should be about.

Wouldnt have added him in the 1st place tbh

Lol good point, Craig (Fingaz :p )obviously wasn't thinking when he added him, but it's not too late to sort it out.

i like any hardcore song that sounds good, doesnt matter if its a remix, original, pop song or not i just like songs that sound good. i dont see how evrybody gets so annoyed when an artist does a song that not evrybody likes. just listen to the songs you do like and dont the others. simple

What is the definition of a REAL raver?

But recently I've been a bit disappointed with his stuff. I'm not saying it's bad, just that it's not the same quality as his earlier stuff. Check out his remix of Promised Land on Bonkers 15 and compare to any of the track on HTID. On HTID only the remix of Sweetheart comes close and thats because it's an older track.

Some of you may not like the stuff he's produced but some of that stuff has been damn good - My Direction, Out Of My Hands, Doesn't Matter

Yeah Squad-E starting off well with some great such as the ones you mentioned, My Direction etc. He's still some some other good tunes and some good collabs with Re-Con recently. His mix on the last HTID album was aright but very mainstream sounding. That remix of Tinchy Stryder is poor.

This. QFT.

WOAHWOAHWOAH.
Hold on now.
I like the occasional remix of a pop song. And I'd give an arm and a leg for hardcore.
