I would have thought Amazon would have a fair bit. Just search for a beginners keyboard book.

EDIT

http://www.amazon.co.uk/First-Book-Keyboard-Usborne-Music/dp/0746009623/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1250791479&sr=8-1

This looks pretty good. I might get it myself

Oh you want MIDI files, in that case sign up at http://www.hardcoreproducer.org and download a few MIDI files. You need to clock up 50= posts before being granted access to the downloads section, but if you spam you will probably be banned or summat. Alternatively try http://www.dancemidisamples.com. You'll have to pay though.

Yes. Also try http://audio-loop.net/forums/home.php again free as is signing up and you can start downloading right away. Plenty of other bits and pieces there too. Remix packs & acapellas, free vsts, samples etc.

EDIT

Just had a look on Audio-loop not been on there in a while. Some pretty cool new stuff., i'm gonna have to download some myself.
