I had a Goan fish curry the other day which was amazing. Definitely one of the best curries I've ever had.
Dhansak
Madras
Caribbean Goat curries
Thai red duck
Panang
Massaman
I'm a big fan of curries and I'll take them as hot or as mild as they come really. Love making my own ones at home too.

Same. :) I'm growing my own chilli plants now and have them in so many things. :P

Been wanting to make one of my own for a while now. I love cooking, but only when i'm actually cooking. The build up to it, deciding what the hell to do and how to go about it does my head in though.
My faves are Rogan Josh, Balti and Korma (when i feel like being a pansy)

Nothing I like more than a warm bit of goat meat inside me.

Do it man, they're great to cook. I love messing about with curry recipes.

Dhansak, without chips....
....and Ian's not only taken to making curries but is also growing his own chillies.
Stand well back! The IonoCurry will soon be with us.
