You really need to get it checked mate.
My missus had a problem in her hand a couple of years back that she just ignored. After a while it was just getting worse and worse to the point she was coming home from work in tears where it hurt so much using the mouse all day. She is only 23 and this started out as stifness with no pain.
In the end she went to the doctors and they diagnosed carpel tunnel which means the tenden in your wrist is getting squashed and if caught early enough can be prevented by using a proper mouse and wrist support at work when your on the computer.
Oh and she had an operation and it hasn't made it any better.
You dont want to end up where you cant scratch at all any more because you use a mouse at work.
