HI,

I have had this record on white label for many years now, and always thought the vocals on both sides were by Donna Grassie. I recently bought a duplicate copy on full release and the label says that the vocals on past the chance are by Rachel. I've listened to it a few times since and still think it's Donna. If it isn't Rachel does a very good Donna impression.

Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?

How long before Triquatra posts a response? lol

hmmmmm that one doesnt sound like donna :P
(and i feel ive heard a better happy hardcore remix of that one..that was on hardcore milienium party...

cant seem to find the flip to that one though
looks like its the midas remix i like of that other one...cant seem to find it on the t00b though :(

The strange thing is, Here beside me says vocals by Donna, and Pst the Chance says Rachel, see here:-

I think either they've got it wrong, and Rachel is Here Beside me, and Donna is Past the Chance, or they're both Donna.

I'll post a soundclip of Past the Chance later on today

That's what I think, except I do like the song. Do you think they've got it wrong and it's Rachel doing Here Beside me, or do you think that's Donna as well?

I have both the "Stompy remix" and the original "Here Beside Me" that you posted. I much prefer the original but it's really hard to mix and the engineering is a bit sketchy.

I think it's AMAZING though. One of my favourite tracks.
