Tinchy Stryder Feat. Amelle - Never Leave You (Squad-E Remix)
is this a new trend in hardcore to remix american r'n'b tunes? do they have the rights to do this really? how?:P

I dont care if they have the right its a wicked remix for a cool tune! :P
mmm seriously I think Squad-E's label sort sank out with Island Records (Tinchy styrder is signed too)
I think UMTV and Island Records are part of Universal which makes the deals easier?

i wouldnt say its a new trend at all.
usually its called selling out :)
what wilson said definatly does come into it, universal have an insanely massive catalogue of music they own the rights to!

Is the original an American artist's track? or a British/Euro artist?

Well for a start there both British, and the will have the right as AATW are now part owned by Universal so getting the Ok will be alot easier. Also N-Dubz are signed to AATW and work closely with Tinchy Strider so would think that would help.
