Anyone know what happened here? Wasn't it supposed to originally be released in July, but there was some sort of delay? Even the information on the HU site is odd (guess it hasn't been updated).

It was supposed to come out this week coming, but I think it's slipped an additional week.
It's out really, *really*, soon at any rate
