If i preorder hardcore underground 4 from here will i get it on the date it comes out or will i have to also click on it on that date to buy it. So will i have to buy it and pre order it or just pre order it and thats it then.

If you pre-order it from most vendors, they aim to get it to you day of release ( although this is less likely if you live in a far flung international locale ). Once you pre-order, it will ship without further action on your part. You shouldn't be charged before dispatch, either.
