just out of interest. by now. I know it's this

buckethats
baggy long sleeve tshirts
fila, ellesse & adidas sportswear
kickers shoes
nike air max 90s
joe bloggs, boltlondon jeans
john lennon circular shades
pirate size earings and medallion rings
mushroom/undercut, skinhead or ponytail
big name rave merch' (dreamscape, fantazia, vibealite, helterskelter etc)

im trying SO hard to go for the look, but it's just finding it all, i feel like 2009 is the year long sleeve t shirts don't exsist !

A fair bit off that list is more early 90's really.

In my experience, the baggy stuff and the mushroom cut is more related to the back end of the acid era and very early rave.

i raved here in the US during the late 90s and what i remebered was huge bell btm jeans that were light in weight, had up to 70 inches in the leg opening and really flashy shirts, like neon colors and all of that

there was kandy, which was bracelets and jewelry with fluorescent colors on them, but they didn't stack them up like crazy like they do now.

That's the thing about the U.S. - ahead in many things, SO far behind in others! :P

We're only ahead in things that go boom.

And no, not bass.

Peace is brought by the man with the bigger stick.

Too bad the people with the biggest stick don't know what peace is, and feel they need to force their beliefs on everyone.

Look where that got us.

you must be talking about republicans. they still believe that the christian way is the only way, which the "christian way" has led to the demise of many cultures. true fact.
