who is this song by? it's obviously not dj pulse because he is just a skanky rankin wannabe. nd i dont want people telling me the original is by roxanne because I KNOW.

i knew it had an older feel to it but i was unsure whether it was just a newer 'hands up' track or an older hardcore one.. anyway, thankyou a million times over
