But as usual the Dutch made a far batter version back in 1996 which dosn't even sound dated at all!

Without playing the "new" vs "old" game, I will say that there are a fair few occasions where I prefer the UK version to the Dutch one.
Examples:
Stu J & UFO - Flying High
Supreme & UFO - Sun Always Shines
Hyperactive - Let Me Play

Generally the UK style is far better than the Dutch for the kind of thing i want to be hearing in a Harcore tune. The Dutch sound is very watered down when it comes to happy stuff; apart from some tunes that are just amazing in their own right. They might have a hard kick and that kinda thing but very commercialised.

That is actually a really fine example. That remix along with his remix of that Ian Van Dahl tune that were in his 2006 mix both surprised me. Like in all other cases i would hate any such efforts to remix either tune, even hate the idea of it, especially the Ian Van Dahl one. I can't help but realy like both of them though, which is saying a lot for me; both really good quality tunes.

Yep definatley goes in my top ten all time favourites. I love the riffs, and rolls in it, and then the breaks are amazing. Very very similar set out track to Broken Wings using similar riffs and rolls. Both A1 tunes. I love the piano on both these, so simple to play yet sounds so nice :-)

I prefer the Kaos version myself.

Don't think I've heard the kaos version, must be bloody good if you reckon it's better than the Supreme and UFO version. The only other mix I've heard of this is Autumn again, which is the same as the Supreme and UFO version, just with a 'mixable' intro instead of the piano and singing

It's not this one is it?
I don't think it's anywhere near as good as the Supreme and UFO version. Not enough depth to the track (not a lot going off in terms of rolls etc), and then it's not Donna Grassie on vocals. What were they thinkin?????

Yeah that's the one. I don't care much if it's not Donna Grassie on vocal it's still a nice track.

^^ Agreed
I was about to say "Let Me Play" is WAY better than both those versions.
And the 'Space is the place' mix of Flying High is the shit.
