I noticed this years & years ago but anybody i ever ask says i'm imagining it & it's all in my mind. When drinking from a tin of Beer i find you get a sort of metallicy after taste. It doesn't happen with bottled Beer so therefore must be from the tin. I prefer not to drink from tins because of this taste. Also the tins feel so much thinner than they used to be. Could this be a reason? Has anybody else noticed these? What do you prefer drinking from? Tin or Bottle?
p.s. The taste is still there even if you pour a tinned Beer into a glass & drink it like that.

Bottle.
This is why canned soda also fails.
Bottled anything > anything put into a can. It's just fact, at least to me. The taste is always better withing a glass bottle, then anything within a tin can. For the reasons you stated.
That's why anytime I see bottled soda in stores, I buy as much as I can. It's just more enjoyable overall then anything you'll get in a can.

Couldn't agree more.
Although, I don't drink beer much, I'm usually on the Vodka.
But when I do drink beer, I prefer drinking out of bottle.

Anyone who says your imagining it is a retard; bottled beer dosn't even taste close to canned. Bottled beer is A LOT better; and worth paying more for the better taste to be honest.

Keg
i'm sure there is a difference, but I don't really pay attention to the taste as much so long as the goal is the same: getting shitfaced.
I will, however, say that tinned can is better than plastic bottled, but not in beer this is in some things like arizona tea. although i do believe bud light over here still produces a package of beer in plastic bottles, but don't know how well it does or did.

Bottled Coca-Cola is full of win. Every now and again the shops round my way have them in :D
