got slapped on the ear over the weekend and burst my eardrum and i'm flying to peru in a month . loud music is temporarily kind of painfull but i got a nice painkiller prescription.
opiates + cosmic gate = WIN :)
just hope it gets better soon though, going to the doctor to see if i need surgery tomorrow.

Unlucky man. I managed to burst mine diving off a diving board when I was younger. Well hurt and couldn't even really walk for a couple of days. Didn't need surgery or anything.
Hope it gets better soon and there is no real damage.

i burst the other one when i was little and had to get all sorts of surgeries on it. the only real stress is going overseas in a month.
i've usually got pretty good balance from years and years of inline skating so i'm reasonably fine with the walking, at the time though i'd been out in the city on all sorts of intoxicants so the pain wasn't that bad. i fell over a few times after it happened but i'm thinking that was a little bit xanax related as well. it happened around 8-9am when we were all trying to wind down.
haha lilley, they're all mine :p
hope the ringing in my ear will stop eventually too, gotta ask the doctor bout that tomorrow.
