my favorite bit was a few days ago when i started reciving email from all the different company's i use saying things like

"dont worry! we've switched, we are now using ** 24hour courier to make sure your packages arrive on time!"

Norman's music, Truprint, etc etc

i think they've done more harm to themselves than good
