if they had the same layout and style as 2002-2005 and borrowed the drity basslines and great production skills we have now then i would love it if that happened..

i think it was around Bonkers 11 that a load of hardcore albums were released at the same time which included the first or second installment of the original hardcore series..and i think thats when well...perhaps i think it was around original hardcore 3 that i began to think "hmm, this is all starting to sound rather methodic and repetative.."
so perhaps it was around this time where things started to go downhill slowly for the style of hardcore I enjoyed....2005?
with the exception of Bonkers 11 i think the bonkers albums still brought the best out though.
my only real problem with bonkers 11 was all about timing, i think only people who had been buying hardcore albums since happy hardcore first popped and bought/noticed how many albums were released around the same time as B11 - included the original hardcore's would understand

Was thinking this on Saturday when I was listening to the Nu Energy Impact mix from (I think) 2004. Love those choons so much more than the stuff now. Even if you listen to some of the stuff breeze and Styles were doing it was amazing.
Black magic bad magic and only you on the 'bow & luke' ep. Also love the Ballistic bootlegs from this time.

Do they not even read what popl say about the NU Skool????
why turn the Hardcore scene Clublandy when we won enjoy it????
I myself have a few friends whom say the trancier hardcore were the days when hardcore came back to life.

Money, basically. They (the "big names") have a choice of making shit, clubland, commercial music that sells or listen to the moaning of internet geeks and make out-dated music* which nobody but those moaning internet geeks will buy hence doing themselves out of money. They obviously didn't have to think about it for too long.
*i swear to god Smoogie if you come on here and complain about how all hardcore today sounds like 2005 complete with youtube videos of "better times" i will find you and make you sit through a screening of the entire Clubland compilation collection!

I also heard a rumour that th trancier stuff is comming back.
Yet I have Just listened to the new H.T.I.D 2 album and it all still sounds like the same ******** they keep making today.
I say they should scrap the clubland hardcore and bring back old times.

remember this???
