Hi,
Now that I've got my Serato scratch live I thought I'd try and increase my hardcore collection cheaply (ie not spending a fortune on vinyl). Does anyone know where to get some good cheap UNMIXED happy hardcore CD's with Hardcore tracks from before 1998? I've looked on Hard TO Find Records, HMV and amazon.
Cheers, Toby

Try e-bay
Some of my fav unmixed albums for older stuff are:
This is.....Hardcore
WoW #5
WoW What a Rush (Mixed by Triple J) - it does have an unmixed CD
The Sound of Happycore (everyone in the series)
Force & Styles - Simply Electric
Fusion - The Ultimate Happy Hardcore Collection
Their is a series of Old Skool CD's called Happy Hardcore on Jumpin' & Pumpin' but they are really hard to get hold of.
I'm sure their is a few more I've not mentioned.

Thanks for all the replies. Downloaded most of the kniteforce stuff a while ago, so generous of Chris to give away all those tracks for free.
Mortis, I've got most of the Jumpin and Pumpin albums on vinyl, but like you say they're difficult to get on CD. Gonna just have to rip off my vinyl I think

There is a few un-mixed Slammin Vinyl albums kicking around too actually. Good stuff on them.

That's a pretty good box set. Has some nice gems but a lot of crap too.

There were quite a few unmixed Hardcore compilations around 94-95 but the number decreased as mix albums took over.
Try:
Hardcore Happiness 1 to 3
United Dance 2 & 3
Happy Anthems 1 to 4
Best of Happy Hardcore
The Happier Side of Hardcore
Happy Hardcore Hysteria
Happy Hardcore Fever
Ultimate Happy Hardcore Collection
