The one in Roll The Track is a perfect example of good portamento usage, while having far more depth than most people use with portamento.

I like this remix I wouldnt say its better than the original but I find it very uplifting. Its a few years old now and was glad it finally came out at the start of the year. I can understand that peeps are saying that synth is detuned but I dont think its that bad tbh.

Yep, the original is definitely better and the over portomento'd sound is a bit strange but am sure Scott had his reasons for it!

When that sound drops and the binary voice melody comes in that's what makes the remix a stomper!

Yeah indeed, I think the mainpart is pretty nice and also the Piano in the Breakdown when the vocals come in, it's one of the things that for me personally is missing in the original.

the rest of the track could be the best thing ever, but the synth in the breakdown sounds out of tune so I don't even consider it music

Indeed. When I hear it I'm thinking did Scott do this for a joke just to see if people will buy any old crap with his name on.

Maybe it represents a part of his life or so.. lol.. well you know, musicians always write their feelings into music, so yeah, maybe a strange experience he made one day

Wouldn't go that far.
