Huh? This is not about filesharing. I was just wondering why when you BUY an album the tracks are not in 320, I'm disapointed. Same with some House albums I bought, the tracks on one of them were all in 128 … sorry wtf? I pay for 320 not 128.
So could you please check if it's 320? Maybe it's different depending on where you buy it.

are you buying these albums on digital download? or cd?
hardcore euphoria i don't think ever was available on digital download, so if you purchased them that way, then the website you bought it from is not legitimate.
and if you rip music off of a cd, you can change the settings to rip under the highest bitrate, which is 320. other than that i don't kno what you are talking about

well i got mine on cd from asda.. im not sure if it was ever on download either..

It's on CD, and I don't know what everyone is always talking about ripping CD's and stuff like that, because on Mac, you put the CD in your computer, you drag the files on your desk, and that's it!

i think he is basicly saying that you would think that the tracks used on the cd
would be 320bps and not the lower 128bps

What? It would be whatever you rip it at. As far as i know, a track is put onto a CD as 16bit WAV. So if it's saying it's at 128 or 192 etc it's because you've ripped it at that rate.

Are you sure? But as I said, on my mac I cannot "choose" at what bitrate I want to rip it.. the CD appears on my desk, and I just drag the tracks from the CD to the desktop. So it should be automatically the bitrate of the track that is on the CD, no? Same thing with Masif Hardcore 2008 … but I remember some other people complaining about that one …

I don't use a Mac so i'm not sure but when ripping through iTunes you can change the settings. I would have thought Macs would allow you to change the settings, but saying that, i didn't know you could play mp3s on Macs.
