I'd have to say 2005, loads of good tracks and a few new comps started that year! It really feels slow so far this decade

no idea, it was probably somewhere between 2000 and 2005 for me
though on a non-musical personal note i think i enjoyed 99/2000 the most

2005 was the year it started to go downhill thanks to Clubland. I would say 2003 sounded good as it brought out some new styles and some outstanding Freeform with hard kicks (real Hardcore) and two good Bonkers; Bonkers X & Bonkers 11.

2004. Someone finally put up MP3's for download, and that was IMORecords (even tho it wasn't officially opened until early 2005).
Even tho I got into hardcore first around 2002-03, I have to say that 2000 is/was the best year. That's around the time Evolution and Next Gen pumped out good shit after a good dump (I mean good) :P
