I have mobile broadband on my phone (its unlimited), 3,6 Mb for 10e/month. But its pretty cheeky from the ISP, since most areas only have 1M connection. And 10/2 Mb broadband at home for 25e/month.

I completely agree, unlimited should be unlimited, my ISP warned me a few months back that I went over my 'fair use policy', I was like what the **** is that, then I realised that unlimited is actually 40GB a month.

yeah - im with virgin and its "unlimited" ...but if you download a certain amount before 4pm they throttle your IP down to dial up speeds for the rest of the evening
course, i could pay more and go on a package (with a company that doesnt do that) but as it is, im not minted. lol

Here consumer laws make sure that unlimited means unlimited. The company's fineprint isnt worth shit if they sell it as unlimited.
