Photoshop, or they do what a lot of artists do and pay a design company for the right to use one of their designs.
I'm guessing they're cooler than that though, and just use photoshop :D

im thinking photoshop. i am pretty good in photoshop which is why i asked. i just wondered how they were made. like if someone could post a tutorial or something. they look too damn cool!! cheers everyone whos posted a reply
