If he was JUST genuinely concerned he'd ask auscore if he was alright, instead of posting it on a forum. He's made it known he has him on facebook.
He supplied a statement for discussion
He supplied information
He supplied an opinion
seems like gossip to me.

Wow, never thought music did that to people in the 'real world' thought it was just in the magazines and papers and stuff :-/
But nahh, he wasn't asking for gossip, he was just asking if someone else had spotted it, but maybe didn't want to ask him personally incase the other person got offended by asking.
My mum's a graduated councellor and she see's this alot, that people have asked and its made them worse so...
