Imo means "International Mail Order" when in the context of vinyl, for example, imorecords.com, but most ppl associate it with "in my opinion"

"Horns Crew Dont Stop! Whistle Posse Pump It Up!!"

There could actually be a glossary of these terms somewhere?
Silver?
I think the problem is in the UK we use text messaging slang & many US people dont apparently?

i haven't seen any net-slang on this board that i didn't understand - maybe some just haven't encountered it before and therefore haven't had a chance to figure it out. i don't think any of it is country-specific.

Damn-there goes the entire idea for my revolutionary book on "net/text slang around the globe" Dang!
Seriously though, if someone wasnt familiar with txt slang a few of the post on here could be confusing (though admittedly able to work out)
PS-
is "btw" or "BTW" By The Way?
Its my best guess & seems to fit in context when used but I've never had this confirmed!
