It's not actually out of tune but it sounds 'wrong' because it doesn't follow the expected progression of a Bassline.
It's a confused mixture of a Lead part and a Bassline and is therefore very unsatisfying to listen to.

try making it go down and back to the same as the first notes for the last bar
might not work, that's just my guess
