I heard what seemed to be a version of lumin8 - rivers flow in you (s3rl remix) that had a girl singing over top of it. It was really good, does anyone know what this is?

Theres no such thing. Someones been cheeky and made an edit and chucked some vox over the top probably.

On second thought, it might not have been the S3rl mix after all. But it was Rivers Flow In You and it had the piano part. There was also an MC verse in the middle.

If it didn't have the male part, it would be ok. The vocals just dont seem like they are in the right key or something...but, that's what I find interesting about the track.
