fcuk vegan! u need your protein from somewhere and eating peanuts is not going to do it justice. your body needs a balance of all kinds of food so you definitely need vegetables in there too.

Protein exists in the plantae kingdom too. :P Heck, not just there but in plenty of other edibles (not saying all plants are edible lol).

Personally, I'm fine with meat, just the industry is so horrifically f*cked-up, particularly nutrition-wise. Not talking in the sense of a PETA nutjob either; animal abuse is just one of numerous factors.

I thought that largely happens with younger people, particularly those going through puberty. Well, and men who consume much more soy than they should.

This is misinformed comment. Soy does contain phytoestrogens, but they are not going to be a problem unless you consume extremely high amounts of soy products.
