the 3 main party leaders will be answer questions in video form soon, but more interestingly is that at the top of the page is a 30 question questionaire, which takes about a minute or two to fill out and gives you what party it thinks you swing toward
heres the results it gave me:

before you spaz out - no, i wont be voting BNP, not now, not ever - I disagree with several of their key policys.
http://www.facebook.com/democracyuk anyone else care to partake? nice to see facebook doing something quite huge politically though in my opinion the telegraph have gone to special efforts to get it to swing toward the BNP - which might sound odd...but I really think they are after a headline grabber in the coming weeks (im willing to bet money on this). for instance, there were questions in there that were relevent to only 1 of the political partys to help it narrow down the results ie: "Do you think taxe incentives for marrage are a good idea" being aimed at the conservative party... but yet missing out "Do you think capital punishment should be re-instated" which is a massive thing to many people, and somthing the BNP have as one of their key policys, with the UK's largely "liberal" a massive majority would have voted against this - but yet the telegraphy choose to go with a slightly less controversial BNP policy "Immigrants who commit crimes should be deported"...if you cut the jibe of my jib... (click the vote-match tab at the top)

I'm not in the UK, but I did it anyway just to see who they put it with (since I like the Parliamentary system more then I like ours):

if you all feel like being totally awesome
i posted a TV-license question onthe Digital Debate tab where they are putting the questions to the leaders soon! if you go to the DemocracyUK page, click the "Digital Debate" tab at the top then search for the word "License" (without the quotes) you can see my question with my name "Rowan, Cumbria" if you could give that the thumbs up then that would be awesome - unless you dont agree with the question, in which case, excercise your right not to bother! :)
i wrote "Many of us feel that paying such a large TV license fee is becoming rather more unfair given the sheer amount of digital alternatives we have now have access to. What is your party's stance on the license fee and its future?"

Didi the quiz as an English man. Though skipped many of the questions, as e.g. "house of lords" to me just sounds like "knights of the round table".

theres a group of people on facebook who last year did a campaign to get a rage against the machine song to #1 in the uk top 40 for christmas ..as every year The X Factor get it - they campaigned on facebook - and got most of england to buy the song - and it beat the xfactor to number 1 because of their efforts
this year they are doing another "official" campaign, but this time its to get the liberal democrats into power (the two "main" parties are Labour, who are in power at the moment, and the Conservatives ) the liberal democrats are the third party..who are being seen as the underdog..
since our first ever televised primeministerial debate a few days ago, which was between the three parties leaders - the liberal democrates have massively shot up in the polls

Hahaha off to the booth i go...
As if! I don't plan on voting at all - "it doesn't matter who you vote for you always end up with a poltician" - but if i were to get involved, the last place i'd throw my vote to would be that lot.
