at the end of the day, we're all entitled to our opinion, but only if it means its helps, rather than puts people down or makes people sound like utter trolls.
Even if peoples aid my tracks were 'bad' I'd be annoyed if it didnt have any backing to it... same applies here, with the word 'shit' or 'crap' and how its interpretted.

IMHO music is shit and crappy when it is just that. I will say new hardcore is mostly pure shite, the golden ages are over. Nothing more then boring crap anymore. BUT i dont really go to each producer and say that, same way as i dont go to Rihanna's website and say her new track would be an excellent torture tool.
From what i gathered, Revs wasnt really listening Brisk anymore anyway. So why keep up with hes stuff on FB in the first place?
Also i see Wilkys comments as honesty in its best form. Unsensored and not trying to be politically correct. Saying how it is. Just be sure to say when its good too.

i do mate... If i like/love something i make sure i say so... If somethings substandard then i say so... More people should... People need to know if its good or bad. Having a go at fans coz they say its shit is pretty bad tbh... Yes people shudnt have to put up with it but at the same time do we really have to puit up with shit? Its ok sayin dont listen to it (as i do sometimes) its not that easy really....
I dont agree with people jumpin to brisks aid just because its brisk. Thats exactly what it is... If scott brown came on to put his point accross then no doubt people would jumpin to wipe his arse too....

I just gotta say that, Revs and Wilky, the point isn't that you're not allowed to criticise but it's HOW you say it. Personal insults and non-constructive is not the way. Do you see the difference between the two?

There's a BIG difference between constructive criticism and baseless personal attacks. Saying something Brisk makes crap tunes and that he must've had a shitty childhood to end up making them is not constructive criticism. It doesn't even start to explain why Revs doesn't like it, which just makes it a personal attack.
If he wants to provide real feedback, he should probably be more constructive (I don't like the vocal, I don't like the chord progression, I don't like the arrangement, etc.). Revs is so aggressive on here that I'm starting to think he has a socialization disorder.

Brisk is the only hardcore DJ I know of (other than Carl Cox I guess) that has made it onto the DJ Mag top 100. That's ****ing insane - alongside people like Tiesto and AVB, who are a part of a much larger scene.
Nobody here is saying he's a "God of music", although there seems to be evidence that he's one of the most successful hardcore DJs. We just think you're socially inept and you keep proving we're right.
