The original one was a Dutch tune from 1990. It has been remixed countless times over the last 20 years. The 2000s had a phase with a few UK remixes such as the one your after.

My favorite is the 1996 remix which is the hardest version I know but dosn't have the 'hoover' sound that the track is famous for. Some say it is the first hoover tune but others say there was another hoover before it, thus Human Resource - Dominator is the second Hoover tune.
