and according to wiki/gaurden it has taken them a year just to get "300 to 500 active supporters that it can mobilise at any given time"
thats not massive, thats pathetic, especially given that in less than two days STWC mobilised 2000 people for there cause..
bottom line is - the only people who care, are those in less-well-off areas, and for that reason groups like EDL etc and partys like the BNP wont ever gain enough ground to make any difference...

and to answer your original original question, after child benefit and WTC i barely pay any taxes - surprised they bother taxing me at all to be honest - they give most of it back!
hah! almost forgot about CTC as well! blimey! - yeah no, i dont pay taxes, they pay me.

Heh, must admit, i my own self, while politically "aware" (try to keep up with things), wouldnt go to the streets :P

either way - people seem to forget one thing about wiki - YOU (or the EDL) can edit it back if its factually incorrect. in order for things to remain on there unchallenged they have to have cite notes to prove where the research is from. so its not just somthing that can be edited whilly nilly.
back on stwc - 2000 was only two days after they formed, within a year the protests they formed were between 750,000 and 2,000,000 people at their height (that was about the war in iraq)
couldnt really care less about who's following what anyway.
as usual noone will take the groups seriously (other than other supports) because the followers nearly always turn out to say things like "diiirty smelly as **** muslims"
which the media seem to take as slightly racist...fustrates the hell out of people like nick griffin though - because he cant get the good majority of his followers to control their language..

My sister is a full blown muslim after she converted about 5 years ago... And when i say full blown i mean full blown.. Name change.. The full burkha the lot. Havnt spoke to her since.

im just giving you a helpful insite as to why the media dont take any of those groups seriously.
you cant seriously expect anybody in power to take anybody who comes off like you do "****ing this" "****ing that"
the media simply dont care if any of the groups have any valid views because of the way the members act.
also - nobody cares if your sister has been converted - that doesnt reflect on you at all, its how you deal with it that does.
clearly the easyiest way to offend you is to call you racist - at least the forum members know how to rattle your cage now..
