and i have pneunomia in my left lung,ive lost like 20lbs since january, and i now i have blood in my urine so i had to get an ultrasound on my kidneys.
so fun times at the hospital for me! :D

Pneumonia is no big deal, antibiotics and you'll be fine.
If there was any serious kidney damage you would have been in excruciating pain so you should be alright in a few days. Enjoy the nurses, bro.

UPDATE:
I have a blood clot in my left kidney and i have to see a specialist tommorrow.
so atleast another day in the hospital for me.
