For once I'll be straightforward, by my standards at least 
"HU Presents: 2010" is not the same thing as "Hardcore Underground 5". Both are being worked on, but "2010" is near complete, whilst "5" isn't. The announcement in ~ a fortnight relates to neither.
There! Vague and yet clear in regards to what precisely is vague.
