I just don't care so much about those things so don't have any useful tips, but maybe try and do something that doesn't require much thinking, like heavy exercise to get your mind off it.

Well it's pretty immature not to like someone just because they are successful isn't it? Believe it or not but they aren't doing it to spite you. Be happy for them. Imagine if you were them.

Yes, I feel and know it's immature, but for the past year, the limelight in my major at college has kind of been on me, but I sacraficed a lot of time to work to get up to a VP position in one of the clubs I am in, and one of my peers, the same one I'm having a problem with, tried to make me look bad. I keep thinking of the Christian thing to do. He also has a job, whereas I don't, but I am looking all over the place, but it just adds to the jealously.

u don't have to necessarily do the christian thing just do the ethical thing. if you are a much more liked person and the hard work u've put in the club will pay off. stay positive. don't let other ppl's success question yours. and as far as not having a job, you have plenty of time to dedicate yourself to this club as much as you can.
