We average between 20-30 listeners for our afterhours speedcore and noizecore shows between midnite and 4am.... but aside from that. For happier speedcore, def check out sharpnel from Japan. Cool kat in person and produces some sick shit.

Frenchcore IS monotone, but that's why I like it! You gotta understand the music, you have to "jump" into it, and it takes some time of course!
That's minimalism :p

I'm pretty sure Sharpnel doesnt do happy speedcore :P

They (yes they're 2 persons) have made happy music that's 200BPM, but its definitly not speedcore in the definition that it's not noise :P

I accidentally wandered into a terrorcore room at an event before. I stood and listened for 5 mins basically trying to hear what it is that people like about the genre. I could not find any rhythem or melody or anything to be fair. At first i was intruigued then quickly disgusted.

Freeform ftw

Do you want new stuff or old stuff? I could tell you a few DJ's from the 90's that played 240bpm but after that the hardcore stops being hardcore to me!

When I mix, my max tempo is 190, and that is pushing it sometimes. I have heard some speedcore in the past. Not a fan.
