hey I was wondering...
what happens if all the matches in a group end up 0-0, so the 4 teams of the group have 3 points each
who gets to go to the next round????
I know is very unlikely, but it could happen rigth?

i'm sure that if that is what the outcome would look like, then they would go to penalty kicks for the sake of it on the last 2 games of that group.
i can't imagine them going back and having a panel of judges to review and decide who advances
