I follow the london 2012 fb page on my acct and didn't really take notice on the new mascots until another page i follow mentioned that Wenlock, the one on the left resembled a giant penis. The 1 on the right is Mandeville, the mascot for the Paralympic games
here are the macots in "human" form
I can see the resemblance that the other page was talking about, but i was more taken back by how weird they look overall. They're supposed to be droplets of steel from the construction of the new stadium. I don't know what are y'alls personal opinion on them?

It looks nothing like a penis :S. It's weird how everything looks like a penis. Makes you wonder what these people have on their minds to associate everything with dick

They look good, they are 2 mascots that can be used around the stadium, aswell as animation. They are versatile and pretty interesting looking.

well i definitely like the computer-generated picture more. it doesn't translate well when put into costume imo. it's definitely different from past mascots as every mascot in the past has been an animal except Izzy from the 1996 Atlanta games. it just seems that there is a lot of negative feedback on these mascots, as well as the london olympic logo. good to know that some ppl like them.
