I can message people on my phone carrier for free. I can send a message to twenty people at once, selected the same person twenty times. When I forward it, it automatically selects the people you sent the original message to. I then sent the person 500 messages over the next 20 minutes.

yh excessive use is alot more than 500, I think its just to stop spammers who send one message to millions of people at once
